PRE-CONVENTION PACKET - Initial pre-Convention packets were mailed to all congregations on October 15th, and electronic packets were emailed to all Rectors, Vicars and Senior Wardens in Charge of Congregations on October 19th.

Convention host, St. Paul's, has reserved blocks of rooms at discounted rates at four near-by, reputable hotels. Reservations must be made by January 15, 2016 in order to take advantage of the reduced rate. Download the HOTEL FLYER.
This year only the following need to register for Convention:
All Clergy (parochial, non-parochial, retired, vocational deacons, non-canonical),
Lay Delegates (elected by congregation),
Alternate Delegates (if attending Convention),
Standing Committee Members, and
Youth Delegates (appointed by Bishop Russell through James Lawrence, Diocesan Youth Director)
Churches should make every effort to register their Clergy and Delegates at the same time in order to make one complete payment. Credit card/PayPal payments options are available.

Clergy Spouses and Visitors do not need to register; however Gala Ticket(s) will need to be purchased if he/she plans to attend the Gala on Friday evening. Gala Tickets may be purchased using the Convention Registration link or the Gala Event link.

Commissions and other ministries of the Diocese and the Episcopal Church are invited to showcase their programs, work and/or projects. Exhibit space is limited and exhbitors must be approved by the Diocesan Office. Fee is $35 per person. Tables and electrical outlets are provided. Plan to bring extension cords, table displays or props, etc. Exhibit registration is closed.
GALA TICKET INFORMATION
The Friday evening Gala will be hosted by St. Paul's. Please join us to celebrate our diocese with good food and good friends. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Tickets are $55 per person and may be purchased here.
