We are pleased to announce that the Rev. Ted Kirchharr has been called to serve St. Monica's Episcopal Church in Cantonment as priest-in-charge!

Ted Kirchharr has been formed for ministry through a lifetime of service in both the church and the wider community. After nearly twenty years with the Escambia County School District and later senior leadership with Landrum Human Resources, Ted went on to coach leaders in schools, universities, and healthcare organizations across the country while with Studer Education. He now serves as Director of Human Resources for the City of Pensacola, supporting the work of those who serve the city’s residents.

Ordained in the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast, Ted holds a Certificate in Theology from the Seminary of the Southwest. He has offered leadership in many community organizations, including United Way, YMCA, Autism Pensacola, and Rotary International. Ted is also a devoted father of three daughters—Colleen, Emily, and Claire—and a grateful grandfather to four grandchildren. He looks forward to serving God and the people of St. Monica’s with joy and faith.
