To: All Rectors, Vicars, and Priests and Senior Wardens in charge of congregations

Reference: Pre-filed General Resolutions to the 55th Annual Diocesan Convention

Rule VI of the Rules of Order of the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast states that “…pre-filed resolutions shall be distributed to each congregation within the Diocese no later than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of each Convention”. Included with this memorandum for your information and distribution to your delegates is one pre-filed, non-canonical change resolution being brought before this Convention.

Please see that all of your delegates are given a copy of this resolution at your earliest opportunity, so they will be familiar with the matters being considered at Convention.

All pre-filed resolutions will also be included in the pre-convention study packet that will be mailed to all delegates two weeks prior to Convention.
