Kanuga Conference Center in Hendersonville, N.C., will again host the annual retreat for those with HIV/AIDS, their family and/or friends and those who work in the field. This event, scheduled for June 10-12, is sponsored by a number of dioceses and by the Province IV HIV/AIDS Coalition. The retreat represents the 25th year to provide love, compassion and joy to those who attend.

The theme this year is "Let Your Light so Shine." The retreat leader will be Bruce Garner. Bruce has been involved in some form of HIV/AIDS ministry, service provision, or prevention education on a continuous basis since 1984. He has also been living with HIV for over 33 years.

Trey Clegg, one of the country's bright talents in the field of organ performance, will provide music leadership. He leads the Trey Clegg Singers, made up of singers from various Atlanta church choirs, the Spellman College Glee Club, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus.

Cost for the retreat is $195.00 which includes meals and lodging. Transportation is the responsibility of each registrant. A brochure may be downloaded at www.provinceiv.org. For additional information, contact Melinda Henderson at (850) 830-7663. For all other inquires contact the coalition chair, Lola Thomas, at (770) 655-1532 or the coalition vice-chair, Bruce Garner, at (404) 892-3143.
