Youth Group Visits
Each week James Lawrence, diocesan youth coordinator, will visit a different youth group. The goal is to meet the young people of the Diocese and see their ministry in action, while also sharing upcoming diocesan events. He will also take video clips of youth speaking of their youth group experiences to create a video for Diocesan Convention. Young Adult Leaders Retreat
A group of six young adults (25-to-35 yrs) has gathered to begin discerning what they are being called to offer for young adults in the diocese. They are looking for another six young adults to join them. This group will gather with spiritual director, the Rev. Bob Graves, for a retreat on January 15-17 in Seagrove Beach. There is no cost to attend this retreat, but space is limited. If you are interested in being part of this group, please email james@beckwithal.com.
Happening registration is open
Happening is a spiritual retreat weekend, led by teenagers for teenagers in grades 10-12. The weekend is similar to Cursillo with talks, small groups, music and much more. The weekend will take place February 26-28, at St. James, Fairhope. Register here to participate in the weekend online.
