MOB Pacers Kick-off—Walk with the Pacers

Put on your walking shoes and bring the whole family to the Christ Church Cathedral garden on Saturday, June 5 beginning at 8:30 a.m. to Walk with the Pacers.

8:30 a.m.         Gather

8:35 a.m.         Opening Prayer by Dean Gibson

8:40 a.m.        Joe Sims, McCoy Outdoor, talks about the proper walking shoe fit

8:55 a.m.         Introduce the walking route

9:00 a.m.         Begin the walk

10:00 a.m.       Celebration!

We will celebrate the summer and the return to daily walks with the MOB Pacers.  No preparation is needed.  We will have walkers at all levels.

As a companion project we are having another sock drive—this time we are asking for running socks.  You may click this link to purchase the socks, or you may donate $5, $10, or $15 by clicking here (scroll to Outreach).  The socks will be given to walkers who need them and to local charities.
