Holy Cross Blood Drives

Holy Cross Episcopal Church has been faithfully supporting Blood Drives since 1998 and 2019 will begin our 21st year for donating the gift of life to our community. Donated blood can save a life, and God restores this gift to us–within 8 weeks we become eligible to donate again! Each pint has the potential of helping up to three patients and we never know when the pint we have donated has saved a life. Donors must weigh at least 110 lbs. and be in reasonably good health. Sixteen and 17 year-olds may donate with parental permission. Each potential donor receives a blood pressure, iron level and cholesterol check prior to donation.

The Big Red Bus will be at Holy Cross on the following dates throughout 2019 between 8:30AM and 12:30PM and we invite you to join us and donate:

Sunday, April 28th

Sunday, June 30th

Sunday, September 8th

Sunday, December 8th
