Holding Our Prayers: Praying with Anglican Prayer Beads

The Blessed Mary Chapter of the Order of the Daughters of the King invites you to attend a Lenten Quiet Day on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Andalusia, AL. The theme for this Quiet Day will be "Holding Our Prayers: Praying with Anglican Prayer Beads." The morning will begin with a service of Morning Prayer, followed by times of silence, reflection, and an opportunity to make your own set of Anglican prayer beads. We will close the Quiet Day with lunch in the Parish Hall, followed by a service of Holy Eucharist. There is no cost to attend the Quiet Day, but we will take donations to help cover the cost of supplies.
