Tuesday, October 10, will be the anniversary of that unmentionable storm that hit the Gulf (Forgotten) Coast reeking destruction and mayhem from Apalachicola across Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Tyndall AFB, Parker, Callaway, Lynn Haven, Marianna, Panama City and all points in between. The recovery is ongoing a year later, with very little assistance from the Federal Government.
In the evening on that anniversary Tuesday, at 5:30pm ET, St. James' Episcopal Church, Port St. Joe will offer a commemorative service. Everyone is invited!
Over this past year there have been a number of venues in which people were encouraged to tell their own story of experiencing the storm.
You are invited to this service to continue by telling your story of recovery, through the grace and blessing of the Lord God Almighty. 850 Strong in the grace, mercy and strength of the Lord God.
