About The Event
Please join us for Candlemas- also known as the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord- which commemorates the presentation of the infant Jesus in the Temple 40 days after his birth. Simeon proclaimed him "a light to enlighten the nations." That He is! In keeping with tradition, we commemorate this with candles, symbolizing Christ as the Light of the World. All are welcome to partake in this hope-filled moment of transition from the Christmas season.
