Book signing of "In the Grip of Grief" by Tom Knox

Tom Knox a local author and member of St Christopher's has published a book "In The Grip of Grief " a family memoir.

The book is a deeply candid and personal family account of a family's grief journey in the aftermath of the death Heather, a nurse, daughter, sister, mother and friend. "In the Grip of Grief "is not a step-by-step guide to “getting over” loss. Instead, it is a family’s honest account of living with it – of wrestling with anger and faith and finding comfort in memories.
