About The Event
Commission on Affirmative Aging is hosting the 2023 Adventurous Aging: How to Stay Young at Heart workshop at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church in Gulf Breeze on November 4th from 10 am - 2 pm. This fun and informative workshop will include presentations from local physicians followed by question & answer sessions with Dr. Dennis Mayeaux "Living Longer and Feeling Better, Grandmother Was Always Right" & Dr. Salem George Saloom will focus on Mind, Body, and Spirit Stewardship as a Spiritual Practice. Madison Holmes, PharmD, Amy Renaud, PharmD, and Chenita Carter, PharmD are local pharmacists to help answer questions about your medications. Lastly, Jennifer Edwards will demonstrate Tai Chi and posture movements to benefit personal health. The workshop is $20 with a heart-healthy lunch included.
