Do you want a break from the Christmas crazies? Need a rest from all the holiday rushing around? Want to take a ‘time out’ from the Christmas shopping?
We may have just what you need!
On Saturday, December 14, Nativity in Dothan is hosting their annual Advent Quiet Day from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
This year's theme is "God's Word through Art."
There will be various prints displayed to reflect on as we explore religious art on popular biblical stories. There will be opportunities for each person to create something as well.
This is an opportunity to take a ‘time out’ from the holiday rush, and focus on the coming Christ Child.
If you plan on attending, please R.S.V.P. to the Parish Office at 334-793-7616 so we can get a headcount for lunch and art supplies.
The Quiet Day is sponsored by the Nativity chapter of Daughters of the King.
