St. Stephen's preschoolers celebrate in style

Looking cool in their sunglasses, the St. Stephen's preschoolers celebrated the end of the school year on May 26th. At their leave-taking to go on to kindergarten, they proclaimed that their futures were so bright they had to wear shades. They said the children's creed, prayed the Lord's Prayer, and sang hymns and songs they learned over the last two years. God speed them on their way to elementary school.

St. Stephen's in Brewton has two classes of students, 22 three year olds and 22 four year olds. Next school year the classes are full. We at St. Stephen's already miss the joy and laughter the little one's bring to our church. The halls will be filled with their making God's presence known again in August, when school resumes.
