About The Event
St. Monica's will be selling smoked pork shoulders at their Spring Market on May 3, 2025. Order your 6-11 lb smoked shoulder now for only $30! Shoulders will be smoked over seasoned hardwood for 12 to 14 hours to the same award-winning standards we use in competitions. Whole shoulders are available for pre-purchase only. Pulled Pork Sandwiches will be sold on site. Shoulders will be smoked on May 2, chilled, and available for pickup at our Spring Market on May 3 between 10 am and 1 pm. Only 20 shoulders will be prepared so sign up early to ensure you get one of these 20 shoulders.
