Through a generous grant awarded by the Episcopal Church Foundation, the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast saw the need to provide more specialized ministries for college-age and young adults in their 20's/30's. This is an exciting opportunity to create and build on other existing ministry programs for these groups.
Over the course of the next several years we hope to provide programming and events that invite and encourage college students and young adults to explore their faith, build community, foster leadership opportunities, and discern God's call in their lives. The transitions during college and during young adulthood are exciting and challenging, and we invite all who are seeking, questioning, doubting, or certain, to journey with us, be it for a brief time, or for a long while. Whether you grew up Episcopalian and never left the church, come from another tradition, looking for a new home, or have never been to church before, but want to engage in a faith community that welcomes all regardless of gender, sexual identity, ethnicity, race, culture, faith, politics, or ability; we invite you to join us.
