Taize’, Choral Evensong Services in the Diocese

St. Paul’s, Daphne
Taize’ Prayer is continuing on the first and third Thursdays of the month. A group at St. Paul’s, Daphne, will gather to pray for all of you and this world we live in. We meet in the narthex at 7 p.m. and, under candlelight, we “stop the world” for an hour and just quiet down as we share prayers, spoken and silent, gentle music from Taize and scripture. It’s simple, calming and the world certainly needs all the prayers we can offer. Come and be calm with us!

St. John’s, Mobile
Join us each 3rd Sunday of the month at 5:00PM, from September through May, for a service of Choral Evensong. Its a perfect way to bring the day to a close.

Also at St. John’s, Morning Prayer is said in the church at 8:30 am Monday through Friday.
