A letter from Bishop Duncan

In observance of the annual Pastoral Care Week, 25-31 October, I ask that you remember in prayer, all those serving as Chaplains in the Diocese and beyond. The theme for 2009 is “Supportive Presence” with a quote from the Talmud of, “Where there is life, there is hope.” On Sunday, 1 November (All Saints Day), in conclusion of Pastoral Care Week, please include Chaplains and those whose ministries are often overlooked, in the Prayers of the People. Following is a list of those known in our diocese, that serve or have served in the capacity of a Chaplain:
