Friday Night Gala will be held at Beckwith Camp and Conference Center.

November 12, 2010 1. RESOLUTIONS TO AMEND CANONS (Canon 28 requires all proposals altering or amending canons should be presented in writing to the Secretary, Gary Moore, 409 S. Mobile St., Fairhope, AL 36532, 90 days prior to the opening of the Convention, to be distributed to congregations 60 days prior to the opening of the Convention) (Please provide the Diocesan office with a copy of your resolution)

December 10, 2010 2. PLEDGE REPORTS (form previously sent, if you need another, call Jennifer Barnard at the diocesan office)

December 13, 2010 3. CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION OF LAY DELEGATES Election of delegates must be held on or before December 12, 2010.

December 27, 2010 4. RESOLUTIONS TO CONVENTION – Our Rules of Order require that all
resolutions be presented in writing to the Secretary, Gary Moore, 409 S.
Mobile St., Fairhope, AL 36532, forty-five (45) days prior to the Convention.
