Club 55 is a fellowship event for our senior members. We meet monthly for a luncheon that may include a tour, guest speaker, or games. The luncheon menu is quite varied and always delicious. The members decide on specific cuisines and volunteer as “guest” chefs. In November, Fr. Jeff Jencks will be our guest chef and will prepare his famous Yankee Pot Roast. After dining, we will vote “to chop” or to invite him back for an encore entrée. Our field trips are within a one hour’s drive and easy walking.
Guest speakers included diverse topics such as the blood bank, tissue donation, weaving, prescription drugs, and Medicare supplemental insurance. A tour of the Two Castles in Fairhope, AL and lunch at the Grande Hotel was our most recent field trip. The

Club 55 at Two Castles
Two Castles are very unique and the home of artists Dean & Pagan Mosher. The Moshers are gracious hosts and active Episcopalians. We have also toured Arcadia Mills in Milton, FL, Bellingrath Gardens, and plan to visit Weeks Bay in the spring. A favorite holiday event is our Christmas Luncheon at a local restaurant which allows us to indulge in playing the “Dirty Santa Exchange.”
Our previous rector Fr. Ray Waldon initiated Club 55 three years ago. Betty Enfinger serves as the current coordinator. Club 55 provides fun and fellowship for our golden oldies who are young at heart.
