As noted at our recent Convention, the former Deployment Office at 815 is now the Office for Transition Ministry and has instituted a new registration format. If you have a current profile, all information was transferred to the new system as of August 8.  Any information entered or changed after that date will have to be entered by you in the new system.

This is important even if you are not contemplating a new call (or are retired) because it is the primary database for communication and information.

You should have received an “invitation” from the OTM  to log in to the new system as of  September 28.  If so, simply follow the prompts.

If you did not receive an invitation to the new system, Google:   otmprofile.org/user ; and log in with your current username and password. (If you do not remember your username/password, enter your email address and new information will be forwarded to you).

If so desired, you can still access the “old system” via the CDO log in under the “Networking” tab on the Episcopal Church website but, as stated above, that data will not automatically appear in the new system.

Likewise, if you are not registered with the national deployment/transition database, I strongly advise you to do so via the “Networking” link. Failure to have an uptodate profile could seriously hinder any new search/call process that might be of interest.
