And to remind you again, you can watch the 41st Annual Diocesan Convention online by going to this link beginning at 5:30 pm, Thursday, February 2nd. Opening service is at 6 pm. We plan on keeping it up throughout the convention.

Watch the convention from your computer!
Once again we will be streaming the opening service of the convention, Thursday evening, February 2, 2012, at 6:00 pm. The webcaml be live from approximately 5:30 pm for you to watch the pews begin to fill with delegates and guests. The service will begin at 6:00 pm.
In addition, assuming we have no roadblocks or internet problems or what have hyou, we will keep the webcam up throughout the day on Friday and again on Saturday.

We tested it today on an iPAD and an ANDROID phone. If your mobile device has flash capabilities, it should play for you. (iPhone, alas, does not).

ECW Spring Day Away planned for April 21, 2012
The ECW of the diocese has planned its annual “Spring Day Away” for April 21, 2012 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Daphne, Alabama. The gathering will feature Sister Schubert, famous for Sister Schubert’s rolls, and author of the cookbook, “Cast Your Bread Upon the Waters.”
Schedule for the day:
9:00 – 10:00 Registration and coffee
10:00 -10:15 Welcome
10:15 – 12:00 Sister Schubert will speak
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 – 1:45 Book signing
2:00 Holy Communion
