ART SOUP event raises funds for 15 Place

MOBILE, Al – Christ Church Cathedral was host to the annual “Art Soup” fundraiser for 15 Place, a homeless shelter in Mobile, Alabama this past Friday, November 12, 2010. In addition to bidding on silent auction items, patrons enjoyed homemade soup in bowls handcrafted by 15 Place residents. The popular Mardi Gras band, “Bay Runners” played party favorites throughout the night. 15 Place is an outreach ministry for many Mobile Episcopal Churches.
