Project K.I.D. started by St. Paul’s, Daphne parishioner; now giving aid to Haiti orphanage
In mid-February, St. Paul’s, Daphne parishioner, Paige Ellison-Smith, traveled to Haiti to bring food, sleeping supplies and toys to children in an orphanage. After returning to the Eastern Shore for more supplies, she and her husband, Jim Smith, returned to Haiti to continue the mission work she began a few weeks ago. The Haiti mission is another chapter for Project K.I.D., a non-profit organization formed after Katrina ravaged much of the Gulf Coast in 2005. Read on
