Advent’s 8th Annual “BBQ and Blues” scheduled for October 17th
The Episcopal Church of the Advent in Lillian, Alabama, has scheduled their popular fall fundraiser, “BBQ and Blues” for Saturday, October 17th, 2009. Join the parish for a variety of activities which include both a live and a silent auction plus kids’ activities. Shop the booths for arts and crafts, plants, books, and collector’s items. BBQ dinners will be served from 11 am – 2pm for $10 a plate and live big band music will be provided by the Don Lewis Orchestra.
Call 251-962-4999 for tickets or reserve a table of 6 for $100. You are welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets. Advent is located on County Road 99 in Lillian, Alabama, one block south of US 98 (near the bridge).
